Sunfest Herbs, LLC Commits to Operate its Business Out of Ontario Business Park
Ontario, Ohio – January 22, 2013 - Ontario Business Park, LLC (OBP) announced today a signed letter of intent with Sunfest Herbs, LLC. OPB’s first signed letter of intent occurred less than 30 days after it’s acquisition of the former General Motors Mansfield-Ontario Stamping Plant.
Sunfest Herbs is an organic herbs company that will utilize OBP for the company’s expansion into the Midwestern United States.
OBP owns the former GM Mansfield-Ontario Stamping Plant in Ontario, Ohio, consisting of 266 acres in Richland County. The revitalization project is a joint venture between Adler Group Inc., a Miami, Florida company and The Hilco Organization of Northbrook, IL.
The Adler Group Inc. has more than 50 years of leasing, property management, acquisition, investment, development and construction experience.
