Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Manager, as a key member of the Hilco Global Marketing team, will report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing and Director of Brand and Content Marketing. This role will handle the day-to-day marketing activities supporting both the HoldCo and its operating companies. The role will embrace attributes of adaptability and flexibility as the specific duties and responsibilities will evolve based on both the skills of the incumbent and the changing circumstances at the Company. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably someone with strong digital marketing and data management skills and must be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of key responsibilities.

  • Must understand and have strong experience with a CRM tool such as SugarCRM
    • Understands CRM best practices
    • Familiar with data hygiene and methods of keeping enterprise data clean
    • Data segmentation
  • Experience managing and updating large, complex websites using CMS tools such as Sitefinity
  • Fluent in Google Suite – particularly Analytics, Adwords, Search, and Data Studio
  • Management of Marketing Automation tools such as Net-Results
    • Experience with email marketing and target segmentation and reporting
  • Intermediate level understanding of Adobe suite of products, especially Photoshop
    • Ability to create and edit basic graphics and images
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization strategies and best practices
  • Experience with managing social media for business purposes including distributing and optimizing content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter platforms
  • Experience with Content Marketing and associative segmented campaigns
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to effectively interact with key employees and executives at every level of the organization.
    • Writing and editing of various content including digital content, social media posts, email blasts, etc.
