Summary:

Responsibilities:

The Financial Analyst will serve as a critical member of the FP&A team and will assist with the global financial planning and analysis activities and processes. The Analyst must possess excellent analytical, communication and process improvement skills.

  • Assist with generating monthly management reports for senior management, including financial information, key metrics, and variance analysis.
  • Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
  • Assist with due diligence in M&A opportunities.
  • Work with business heads across operating companies to understand business drivers, issues, and opportunities.
  • Assist with building financial models

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance.
  • 0-3 years of finance and accounting experience.
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: creating dynamic templates, layered SUMIF and VLOOKUP formulas, diagnosing formula errors, etc.)
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: advanced and dynamic charting, dashboards, etc.)
  • Familiarity with financial models and tools used to determine project financial benefits and profitability such as: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Return on Investment (ROI) is a plus.
