David is a seasoned and dynamic operations and technology executive and corporate officer
with more than 30 years of domestic/international experience in the Commercial Real Estate
Industry both as a consultant and as a service professional. He is highly experienced in
business strategy and operations including projects and process that focus on: productivity,
efficiency and effectiveness, process improvement, technology deployment, change
management and the hands-on and executive management of like programs and projects. He
is thoroughly accomplished in business analysis and the development and implementation of
applications and technology to solve real estate business problems. He created, developed and
implemented an industry leading Executive Program Management Office at JLL, one of the
world’s largest Commercial Real Estate Services and Fortune 500 Companies, and delivered
methodologies, tools, organization, staffing and reporting mechanisms to manage over
$200MM in annual capital spend ($1.5B in the last 5 years). He constantly applies
intellectual curiosity and cross-cultural experience for creative global problem-solving,
strategic/tactical planning, and overall business decision-making. David collaborates well
with all levels of an organization and across multiple business lines, geographies, cultures and
organizations to grow and improve real estate companies. Over the years, David has led
many collaborative teams of business line leaders, corporate executives, board members,
consultants and technology team members to create comprehensive, efficient, cost effective,
high-value deliverables in a multitude of real estate operational areas and disciplines using the
utmost in ethical operating models, methods and processes.
