Vice President – Chief Human Resources Officer

Nicole Rosciano serves as Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer (“CHRO”) at Hilco Global. Nicole is responsible for leading all aspects of the talent strategy at Hilco Global with an emphasis on preserving the unique culture of positive engagement throughout the entire organization. Nicole will work with all holding company and operating company leaders to recruit and oversee all talent management and development, Human Resources service delivery, diversity & inclusion training and HR policies and programs.

For more than 20 years, Nicole has excelled in challenging HR positions and is highly regarded for developing executable strategies that shape high-performing cultures while orchestrating challenging, necessary change. She serves as a strategic business partner to senior management with demonstrated experience in all facets of HR with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, leadership development, cultural transformation and talent acquisition. Prior to Hilco, Nicole was Vice President of HR and global talent initiatives for 11 years at Information Resources Inc. (IRI), the leading provider of big data, predictive analytics and insights for consumer-packaged goods companies. She successfully built internal HR agile teams that delivered high impact strategic initiatives, enabling strong business results.

She also held leadership roles at KB Home and Eastman Kodak Company.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago.
